Soft Tissue Manipulation (Therapeutic Massage)/Trigger Point Release: to ease pain/symptoms which are caused by muscle spasm/guarding, muscle tightness or other muscles-related issues.
Exercise Therapy: to improve muscle strength, muscle length, muscle activation and muscle function
Ergonomic assessment/education: to reduce clients’ exposure to physical hazards such as awkward postures, sustained posture for long hours, repetitive tasks etc
Other treatment modalities
Taping: to support “loose” joint, to improve circulation in muscles, to give a joint better support, to facilitate correction of joint alignment etc
Pillow/sleeping posture assessment: to remove/minimize the soft tissue strain/unhealthy loading applied on neck spines/shoulders by selecting a proper pillow for sleeping
