Short Belt (in random color): You can wear it at Anterior superior iliac spine (ASIS)

Long Belt (in black color): You can cross it over the short belt as shown in the below picture, then attach it to your exercise wall bar/pull-up bar.

How to locate ASIS?

Step 1: Put your hand on the hips 

Step 2: Locate the Iliac Crest / hip bone by palpating it frontward 

Step 3: ASIS is a sharp notch, above the femur/ thigh bone when seated 

Step 4: Sit on your hand with palm up to feel the ASIS against your fingers tips
